I hear Misdreavus is in the NFE listing as OU, so if you have a regular battle would Misdreavus fit under OU, and not as NFE?
Update (MAR-3-2010) Oh, um, let me see if I can be more specific. Player 1 wants to have a OU Pokemon Battle, which i accepted, so will Misdreavus be allowed on my OU team?

Uhm... I personally don't understand the last part of your sentence but... I guess you want to know if Misdreavus fits better as NFE on a regular battle?
if that's what you want to know , I think YES IT DOES FIT BETTER AS NFE!
